We are seeking a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Daycare Provider to join our childcare team. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood development and committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn and grow. We are looking for Full-Time and Part-Time.
Responsibilities

Supervise and care for children in accordance with daycare policies and state licensing requirements

Plan and lead age-appropriate educational and recreational activities

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom and play areas

Support children’s emotional, social, and developmental needs
-
Assist with meals, snacks, diapering, potty training, and nap time
-
Observe and document children’s progress and daily activities
-
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding child behavior and development
-
Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times

Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a positive learning environment
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required (ECE coursework or CDA preferred)

Previous childcare or daycare experience preferred

Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities
-
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Ability to pass background checks as required by state regulations

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Patient, energetic, and dependable
Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

Ability to sit, stand, bend, and move throughout the day

Ability to actively engage with children indoors and outdoors
