Automotive Metal Stamper seeking a Business Systems Controller to become an integral part of our team! Responsible for using Global Shop ERP System and to help company maximize productivity.
Responsibilities:
Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP) Manager is responsible for the management and optimization of “Global Shop” ERP systems.
ERP manager will play a central role in ensuring The “GLOBAL SHOP” ERP system is operating effectively, and will actively coordinate across multiple business administrative departments, as well as regularly engage shop personnel to improve information collected.
This position requires strong knowledge of business processes, project management skills, and extensive experience managing ERP systems.
Must have an eye for detail and an ability to see the broader picture, meet challenges with enthusiasm, and welcome the opportunity to work in all departments.
Manage and track the status of all system changes, tests and upgrades tasks as required by software.
Advise on communications to the organization about system upgrades or functionality.
Ensure documentation, such as training guides and procedures, is maintained and regularly updated.
Train and support users in the use of dashboards, data collection, etc.
Serve as the lead point of contact with the ERP vendor.3 years of experience as an Business Systems Manager required
Work with IT to define and improve operating system and GLOBAL SHOP operating requirements.
Serve as training and communication of GLOBAL SHOP SYSTEM to improve efficiency and productivity of system use.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience relevant with ERP systems
- Proficient in business Microsoft Office all applications
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and excellent organization skills
