Lead Software Engineer
Hamilton Township, NJ (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Local candidates only. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder. No Sponsorship.
We’re seeking a hands-on Lead Software Engineer to design, build, and support modern, cloud-based applications in a highly regulated environment. This role combines senior-level development with technical leadership and ownership of end-to-end solutions.
What You’ll Do

Lead design and development of scalable, secure full-stack applications

Build cloud-native solutions using .NET and modern frontend frameworks

Own architecture, implementation, deployment, and production support

Establish engineering best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and coding standards

Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across initiatives

Ensure systems meet validation, security, and compliance requirements
What You Bring
-
8+ years of software development experience, including strong .NET expertise
-
Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or similar)
-
Strong AWS cloud experience; Azure exposure a plus
-
Expertise with APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, Docker, and CI/CD
-
Experience modernizing or migrating on-prem applications to the cloud
