Location: Carlstadt, NJ (On-Site)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
$28 per hour/ up to 60k perm
Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Technical Support / Stagehand to join our team in Carlstadt, NJ. This is a great opportunity for someone entry-level who has a passion for theater, stage production, or entertainment lighting and is eager to grow their technical skills in a supportive environment.
This role combines in-house technical support with occasional hands-on staging and lighting assistance, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both problem-solving and working behind the scenes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide product support to customers via phone and email
- Process and manage Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs)
- Evaluate, troubleshoot, and assist with repair of returned products
- Assist with quoting and coordination of repairs
- Maintain and update internal knowledge base of product issues and solutions
- Support on-site installation and troubleshooting of theatrical lighting equipment (occasional travel may be required)
- Assist with stagehand duties including setup and breakdown of lighting equipment when needed
- Complete special projects and tasks in a timely and professional manner
- Track and report monthly support activity metrics
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Pay Details: $28.00 to $29.00 per hour
