Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Provide maintenance support to equipment, facilities, and designated areas to achieve optimal levels of productivity, quality, and safety, ensuring both internal and external customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Maintain facilities in optimal condition.
- Keep production equipment in optimal operating condition.
- Perform and track preventative maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment.
- Train associates in the proper use of equipment.
- Ensure proper inventory levels of required replacement parts for production and facilities equipment.
- Perform manufacturer's recommended preventive maintenance.
- Follow all prescribed internal and manufacturer maintenance procedures.
- Assist Engineering in implementing process improvement changes.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping in the work area.
- Participate in team problem-solving activities such as 8D’s and communication meetings.
- Ensure all equipment is leak-free, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Follow all internal and OSHA-required safety procedures.
- Participate in profit improvement and cost reduction activities.
- Assist in receiving quotes from vendors.
- Engage in company continuous improvement activities.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in maintenance, PLC, hydraulic systems, mechanical troubleshooting, and robotics.
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with robotic systems and PLCs.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in injection molding plastics manufacturing

Work Environment
Manufacturing facility with climate control, working on a direct placement basis during 2nd shift from 2pm-12am, Monday to Friday, with overtime as needed.

This is a Permanent position based out of RIVERSIDE, MO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $63000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
Company offers full medical, dental, & vision insurance. Pay reviews and advancement are done annually.
Workplace Type
This is a fully onsite position in RIVERSIDE,MO.
