Customer Service Rep: I&nbsp;Compensation

<li>Pay rate: $19.63&nbsp;per hour</li>
<li>Shift options: M-F 9am-6pm or M-F 10am-7pm.</li>
</ul>
Customer Service Rep: I&nbsp;Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Manage all aspects of customer service including answering inquiries via phone and e-mail.</li>
<li>Take orders and provide follow-up services.</li>
<li>Utilize research skills to troubleshoot customer problems.</li>
<li>Assist internal and external customers with requests of varying degrees of complexity.</li>
<li>Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li>
</ul>
Customer Service Rep: I&nbsp;QUALIFICATIONS:
Critical Information

<li>Shift options: M-F 9am-6pm or M-F 10am-7pm.</li>
<li>Onsite work location.</li>
</ul>
Education/Licenses Needed
<ul>
<li>No degree required; customer service experience preferred.</li>
<li>Retail or healthcare experience is desired.</li>
