Job Description
Job Description What a Day Looks Like
You clock in, lace up the boots we helped you buy, and head into a clean, well-equipped shop where the tools, PPE, and uniforms are ready to go. Your first task: a quick diagnostic on a tractor using JPRO and OEM Diagnostic Software. By midday, you’ve wrapped preventive maintenance on a trailer set, performed a DOT inspection per FMCSA guidelines, and collaborated with teammates to troubleshoot an intermittent electrical fault with a multimeter and Windows-based software. You finish the day knowing our dedicated fleet is safer, more reliable, and road-ready—because of you.
