Job DescriptionJob Title: Woodworking Technician

Pay Rate:$19.00/hour

Schedule: 2nd SHIFT Monday – Thursday, 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliableWoodworking Technicianto join our production team. This role involves hands-on work with various woodworking tools and equipment to build, assemble, and finish wood-based products. The ideal candidate will have experience with saws, hand tools, and measuring instruments, and a strong attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a variety of woodworking machinery including table saws, miter saws, band saws, and sanders.
  • Use hand tools such as drills, screwdrivers, chisels, and clamps for precise assembly.
  • Accurately measure, cut, and assemble wood components using measuring tapes and blueprints.
  • Follow detailed instructions and safety protocols to ensure high-quality craftsmanship.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in woodworking or carpentry preferred.
  • Proficient in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
  • Ability to read and interpret measurements and technical drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to work the assigned shift (2:00 PM – 12:30 AM, Mon–Thurs).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.50/hr.
