Employment Type: Direct Hire Permanent or 6 Month Local Contract

Work Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, no nights, no weekends

Option 1 — Direct Hire Permanent
This is a full time permanent placement for a pharmacist ready to put down roots and build a career in outpatient infusion pharmacy. If you are looking for stability, a great schedule, and a long-term clinical home, this is the one.
Option 2 — 6 Month Local Contract
A strong local contract opportunity for a pharmacist who wants focused outpatient infusion work with a defined timeline. Full availability and commitment for the entire 6-month duration are required for this role.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient infusion pharmacy services
Verify and process medication orders accurately and efficiently using EPIC
Collaborate with physicians, nurses and infusion care teams to optimize patient medication therapy
Ensure safe medication dispensing and full regulatory compliance throughout all operations
Support daily outpatient infusion pharmacy workflow and patient care
Experience
Outpatient or infusion pharmacy experience preferred
Oncology
Home infusion or specialty pharmacy experience a strong plus
Skills
Strong clinical judgment in an outpatient infusion setting
Effective communicator with physicians, nurses and infusion care team members
Detail oriented and reliable across a Monday through Friday day shift schedule
Comfortable working independently in an outpatient clinical environment
Qualifications
Active Pharmacist License in good standing required
EPIC experience required
Full 6 month availability required for the contract role
Education
Doctor of Pharmacy, PharmD, or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy
