We are seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers to provide high-quality in-home care to clients on a per diem basis. This role offers flexible scheduling with both AM and PM shifts available. Duties may include personal care, mobility support, light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and companionship. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, reliable, and committed to supporting clients in maintaining independence and quality of life in their homes.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
- Support patient assessments and monitoring of vital signs under the supervision of a registered nurse.
- Assist in the implementation of patient care plans.
- Deliver compassionate support and companionship to patients.
Qualifications:
- Current CNA certification.
- A minimum of one year of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings.
- A heartfelt desire to help others with a positive and respectful attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
