We’re looking for a friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented Leasing Consultant to join our team at a vibrant multi-family apartment community.

This is a dynamic role that blends customer service, sales, and administrative tasks — perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and working as part of a professional, high-energy team.


Schedule: Tuesday- Saturday, 8AM-5PM


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Greet prospective residents and provide personalized property tours
  • Respond promptly and professionally to leasing inquiries by phone, email, and in person
  • Guide applicants through the leasing process — from application to move-in
  • Maintain detailed records and ensure all leasing documentation is accurate and complete
  • Stay informed on available units, current pricing, and any leasing specials
  • Help prepare apartments for move-ins and coordinate move-in orientations
  • Assist in resolving resident questions and concerns with a helpful, solutions-focused attitude
  • Keep online listings, marketing materials, and social media posts current and engaging
  • Use property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, RealPage) for daily leasing and communication tasks

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ year of experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or hospitality preferred (but not required)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sales-minded approach with a passion for helping people
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with Fair Housing laws is a plus
  • Experience with property management software is a bonus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
