Travel Installation/Service Technician

Resound Networks, a rapidly growing wireless internet service provider (ISP) serving cities and rural communities throughout multiple states, is seeking a motivated and driven professional to join our team as a Travel Installation/Service Technician.
This role is 100% focused on traveling to install and service internet systems for our customers across multiple locations.
You will be an integral part of our team, providing exceptional service to our customers by ensuring reliable internet connectivity while on the road. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in cabling and basic computer skills, as well as a passion for traveling to various locations to meet new customers and handle a variety of installations and service tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel extensively to new customer locations to perform installations and complete all necessary documentation.
- Conduct site surveys, install equipment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality internet service at every site.
- Provide exceptional service to existing customers with on-site service calls.
- Educate customers on WiFi solutions tailored to their individual home setups.
- Maintain company and customer equipment through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting breakdowns, and following operational instructions.
Qualifications:
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively to any state covered by Resound Networks.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment.
- Confidence in handling customer interactions and solving problems.
- Proficient troubleshooting skills.
- Results-driven and organized.
