Key Responsibilities\n
As a Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Applying family systems theory and systemic interventions to help clients navigate complex relationship dynamics, enhance communication skills, and address family-related stressors effectively.
- Providing immediate support and crisis intervention as needed, prioritizing the safety and well-being of clients and their families.
- Maintaining meticulous electronic client records, progress notes, and treatment plans in accordance with ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal requirements.
- Educating clients on essential skills such as effective communication, conflict resolution, and adaptive coping strategies to bolster their relational abilities.
- Collaborating with a dynamic virtual team of therapists and mental health professionals to deliver holistic care tailored to each client’s needs.

Qualifications\n
The most successful candidates for this role will possess the following qualifications:

- A Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related discipline.
- At least two years of relevant clinical experience in marriage and family therapy.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills suitable for remote therapeutic interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
This position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
