We are looking for compassionate, dependable Direct Care Professionals (DCPs) to join our team in a residential group home located in Bergen County, NJ to support individuals with developmental disabilities.
As a Direct Care Professional, you will play an important role in helping the individuals we support live meaningful, active, and independent lives in a safe and caring home environment.
Responsibilities incude:
- Providing hand-on support with daily living activities
- Assisting with personal care, meals, medication routines, and household activities as needed
- Supporting individuals with community outings,, appointments, activities, and social opportunities
- Completing required documentation and following individual support plans

We have various shifts available but no "DAY" shifts (with the exception of weekends) as our individuals are not home during the week during the day.
