What you’ll do
- Handle warm listing buyer appointments generated by our marketing machine and inside-sales team.
- Convert leads through a consultative sales process and excellent follow-up.
- Conduct buyer seller consultations, market analyses, and open houses.
- Manage transactions from contract to closing with the support of our back-office team.
- Learn and execute creative deal structures (cash offers, guaranteed sale programs, seller finance, subject-to, etc.).
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships and grow your personal business pipeline.
- Maintain deep knowledge of local market conditions and community resources.
Who we’re looking for
- Active Oregon and/or Washington real estate license (or ability to obtain within 60 days).
- Full-time commitment — this is a career, not a side gig.
- Coachable, hungry, and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communicator with strong organization and time-management skills.
- Comfortable with daily prospecting and outbound outreach when needed.
- Tech-savvy and willing to adopt proven systems and tools.
- Past sales experience preferred but not required.
Compensation perks
- Pay range: $48,226.91 – $196,492.21 per year (varies with production).
- Income potential: Top producers commonly earn $120K–$170K+ in their first year on the team.
- Supplemental pay: Bonus pay, commission pay.
- Benefits: Flexible schedule, Monday–Friday core hours with self-determined scheduling and some weekend availability required.
