Ishita Interiors is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee the execution of luxury residential projects throughout the Greater Asheville area.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, construction-savvy, and comfortable taking ownership of a project from start to finish. You’ll work closely with clients, designers, contractors, and trades to keep projects moving, address issues quickly, and make sure the finished work meets expectations.
Location: Greater Asheville, NC
Job Type: Full-time, on-site
Salary: $80,000–$90,000 per year, depending on experience
Additional Compensation: Project-based performance bonus opportunity

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day progress of residential construction and remodeling projects

Build and maintain project schedules, timelines, and key deadlines

Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and specialty trades

Review bids, proposals, plans, and project specifications

Monitor project costs, budgets, and change orders

Visit job sites regularly to assess progress and quality

Identify potential delays or construction issues and work toward solutions

Coordinate punch lists and final project details

Maintain accurate project records and documentation

Communicate updates, expectations, and changes with clients and project teams

Work closely with the design team to ensure plans are executed properly
Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in construction, remodeling, interior design, architecture, or project management

Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, budgets, bids, and change orders

Ability to read and understand floor plans and construction documents

Comfortable communicating with contractors, trades, vendors, and clients

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

Strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple priorities

Practical problem-solving skills and a proactive approach

Comfortable being on-site and actively involved in project execution

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Located in or near Greater Asheville, NC
