Kelly® is hiring Quality Technician professionals to support our client in Menomonee Falls, WI!

Requirements — Only those meeting these requirements will be considered:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of quality experience or 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Understanding of metrology fundamentals and GD&T is preferred.
Pay
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Higher starting pay may be considered based on experience and skill set.
Available Shifts
1st Shift
- Monday-Friday
- 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
2nd Shift
- Monday-Friday
- 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Training completed on 1st shift for several weeks
3rd Shift
- Sunday-Thursday
- 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Training completed on 1st shift for several weeks
What You'll Do
- Perform quality inspections and manufacturing process audits to ensure products meet specifications.
- Inspect raw materials and finished products using precision measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMMs, VMMs, and other metrology equipment.
- Document inspection results, non-conforming materials, and quality alerts.
- Read blueprints and technical documentation to verify product specifications.
- Support operator training and mentor Quality Technician I employees.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a strong culture of quality and safety.
- Communicate effectively across departments and shifts to resolve quality concerns.
