Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled CMA (Certified Medical Assistant) to join our Memory Care team on a Per Diem basis, working Nights. As a valued member of our care team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. Responsibilities:

Assist with the care and treatment of residents, under the supervision of a licensed nurse or physician

Perform vital signs, administer medications, and provide basic care as needed

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

Participate in care planning and documentation as required

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services
Requirements:

Must be a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) with current certification

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or associate's degree preferred

Ability to work on a PRN basis, with variable shifts and schedules

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate and caring attitude towards residents
