We are looking for a skilled Attorney/Lawyer to join our team in SW Denver. This role requires a dedicated, detail-oriented individual with extensive experience in civil litigation and a proven ability to handle complex legal matters. Responsibilities:

• Manage all stages of civil litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, filing motions, and preparing for trial and appeals.

• Develop and execute litigation strategies aimed at achieving favorable outcomes for clients.

• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, arbitrations, and other dispute resolution processes.

• Draft, review, and revise legal documents such as briefs, memoranda, and contracts.

• Offer comprehensive legal counsel to clients on complex civil matters, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.

• Supervise and guide entry-level associates, paralegals, and legal assistants to enhance team performance.

• Stay informed about developments in civil procedure, relevant laws, and industry trends.

• Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel.

• Support business development efforts by fostering client relationships and identifying new opportunities.SD

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a recognized and accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing within the relevant jurisdiction.
• At least 5 years of experience handling civil litigation cases in state and/or federal courts.
• Expertise in trial advocacy, legal analysis, and problem-solving.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including negotiation abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in drafting motions, briefing, and conducting discovery processes.
