Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Recovery Tech Supervisor to lead, train, and support our team of Recovery Technicians. This leadership role is vital to ensuring high-quality care and smooth daily operations across our facility. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and provide daily leadership to Recovery Tech staff
  • Interview, hire, and onboard new Recovery Techs
  • Oversee new hire training, including:
    • Shadowing and onboarding processes
    • Certification compliance and re-certifications
    • Coordination with Lead LPN for medication training
    • Ensuring staff enrollment in the Genoa NetRx online portal
  • Organize and deliver ongoing in-service training for Recovery Techs
  • Provide 24/7 on-call support including cover shifts as needed
  • Monitor performance and ensure Recovery Techs meet expectations for quality care
  • Maintain compliance with Minnesota Statute 245G for all client observations and documentation
  • Enforce policies and issue corrective actions as necessary
  • Complete annual performance evaluations for direct reports
  • Oversee and ensure accurate completion of the facilitys Daily Log
  • Attend staff meetings and required training sessions
  • Perform additional duties as assigned


Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience working in Substance Abuse, Mental health
  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a healthcare or residential treatment setting
  • Knowledge of substance use and mental health recovery support services
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage schedules, staff performance, and crisis situations
  • Willingness to be on-call and flexible with work hours
