Front Desk Receptionist – Upscale Medical Spa

We are seeking an enthusiastic, professional, and experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join our upscale, fast-paced Medspa team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment, provides exceptional customer service, and can confidently manage day-to-day front desk operations while supporting the overall success of the office.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily front desk operations and patient flow
- Provide exceptional customer service to all patients and visitors
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and coordinate patient communication
- Support providers and team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Handle patient concerns professionally and efficiently
- Maintain organization of front desk inventory and supplies
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed
- Prepare and maintain basic operational reports and documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of front desk, reception, or customer service experience preferred
- Previous medical spa, aesthetics, medical office, or wellness experience is a plus
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to remain professional and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership qualities and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and team mentality
