Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Madison, Wisconsin. In this long-term contract position, you will provide crucial technical support to end-users, ensuring smooth operations across various systems and devices. Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
• Manage and resolve service desk tickets using the Fresh Service ticketing system.
• Assist with imaging and deploying devices, including high-performance workstations.
• Troubleshoot and support Microsoft 365 applications such as Word and Excel.
• Handle hardware-related tasks, including printer support and basic computer assembly.
• Maintain and troubleshoot systems running Windows 10 and 11.
• Support and manage Active Directory and related user account tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to address and prioritize technical challenges.
• Provide support for D365 and other enterprise applications.
• Ensure timely resolution of approximately 200 open tickets by managing workload effectively.• At least 2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with end-users.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Word and Excel.
• Experience with hardware troubleshooting, including printers and workstations.
• Familiarity with imaging devices and deploying operating systems, particularly Windows 10 and 11.
• Knowledge of Active Directory for user account management.
• Ability to manage and resolve service desk tickets using a ticketing system.
• Experience working with enterprise applications such as D365.
