Job DescriptionNow Hiring Manufacturing Janitorial Position – D Shift (Night Shift | 12-Hour Shifts)Location: Kings Mountain , NC
Shift: 6:00 pm - 6:30 am
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Janitors to join our team for long-term, full-time employment. This position plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, sanitary, and orderly facility. Shift Details (12-Hour Night Shift)

• Days:
  • Thursday to Sunday AND
  • Friday to Sunday (Rotating Schedule)

Schedule Note:
This 12-hour rotating schedule consists of:

• 4 days worked one week (48 hours)
• 3 days worked the following week (36 hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and empty trash, recycling, and waste from designated areas
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum all floor surfaces
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms and breakrooms (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc.)
• Clean windows, walls, glass, furniture, and fixtures
• Respond immediately to spills and safety hazards using proper equipment and protocols
• Follow written and verbal instructions regarding chemicals, supplies, and equipment

Qualifications & Skills

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work the full 12-hour night shift
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
• Good time-management skills
