Jenike & Johanson is looking for a NetSuite Developer with 5+ years of experience to support post-implementation troubleshooting, customizations, and ongoing optimization of our ERP system. This role is part-time remote, 10-20 hours a week, with a potential to extend. It is a critical, hands-on role designed for someone who enjoys problem-solving, refining systems, and delivering real-time improvements in a growing organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and optimize existing NetSuite configurations, custom records, workflows, and roles
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system technical issues across multiple departments (Sales, Finance, HR, Operations
  • Support customizations related to forms, fields, saved searches, dashboards, and user experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize requests and document process flows as related to NetSuite Improvements
  • Provide guidance on NetSuite best practices and system scalability

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite development experience
  • Savvy user with NetSuite CRM functionality
  • Advanced skills in Projects (Advanced Project Module) is a must as all our work is handled through a project
  • Proficiency in customizing Reports, Forms, Saved Searches, Workflows, Permissions/Roles, and Scripting
  • Expertise with post-implementation NetSuite support
  • Prior work with professional services, engineer or global teams preferred but not required
  • Experience with interfacing with third-party software
  • Ability to interface with in-house accounting team on their terms
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
