Direct Counsel is seeking an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate to join a top-tier national law firm in Chicago, Denver, Indianapolis, Minneapolis, Washington, D.C., Dallas, New York, Philadelphia, San Francisco or Wilmington.
About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Handling intellectual property litigation matters, with a focus on patent disputes
- Collaborating with attorneys and clients to develop case strategies
- Drafting legal documents, motions, and pleadings
- Conducting legal research and analysis to support litigation efforts
- Representing clients in hearings and court proceedings
Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of intellectual property litigation experience
- Background in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science is strongly preferred
- Experience as a federal judicial law clerk is a plus
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent academic credentials
- Collaborative and self-motivated approach
Compensation & Benefits:
- Anticipated salary range: $175,000 – $255,000, based on experience and location
- Performance-based and discretionary bonuses
