Plumbing Duties
- Install, inspect, repair, and maintain domestic water, gas, and waste piping systems.
- Diagnose and repair water leaks, clogged drains, broken valves, and plumbing fixtures.
- Service and install traditional and tankless water heaters, mixing valves, and backflow preventers.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and local building codes.
Boiler & Heating Duties ( Required)
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and commercial steam or hot water heating boilers.
- Inspect and service circulator pumps, zone valves, expansion tanks, heat exchangers, and controls.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance, water chemistry/treatment checks, and system flushing.
- Test safety controls, pressure relief valves, and gas or oil burner assemblies.
Customer Service & Admin
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and explain repair options clearly to clients.
- Maintain clean job sites, inventory tracking, and electronic work logs.
- Ensure total compliance with local safety standards, OSHA guidelines, and plumbing/gas codes.
