Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and direction to the development team, helping resolve complex issues.
• Identify and implement appropriate tools and technologies to optimize web performance.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of web development projects.

• Communicate technical updates and concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Monitor industry trends and incorporate innovative practices to maintain competitive web platforms.
• Assess risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential technical challenges.
• Ensure alignment between technical efforts and broader business strategies.• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in software development, including proficiency in programming languages and web technologies.
• Proven ability to lead projects or teams, with strong mentoring and management skills.
• Expertise in web development tools and technologies, such as HTML, CSS, Drupal, and responsive design.
• Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with team members and stakeholders.
