Job DescriptionTCI has an immediate need for a Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CAN) in Williamsburg, VA. This is a long-term contract opportunity with the possibility of hire. SUMMARY We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Hospice CNA to support individuals and their families throughout the end-of-life journey. The CNA will provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living in patients’ homes, care facilities, and other non-residential settings. RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul>
<li>Duties performed at a place of residence.</li>
<li>Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and other daily living activities.</li>
<li>Providing compassionate companionship and support to patients and families.</li>
<li>Preparing meals and assisting with light household activities as needed.</li>
<li>Supporting patients in residential and non-residential care settings.</li>
<li>Providing guidance to families and caregivers regarding nutrition, cleanliness, and daily care needs.</li>
</ul>
REQUIREMENTS
<ul>
<li>Current CNA certification required.</li>
<li>Current CPR certification required.</li>
<li>Compassionate, dependable, and respectful approach to end-of-life care.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a care team.</li>
