FT/PT+commission exceptional experienced esthetician to conduct consultations, develop treatment plans, educate patients, close sales and perform treatments per clinic protocol. We are looking for highly motivated, entrepreneurial, confident esthetician who believes customers come first and who is looking for a long term position.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and communication- The customer is the Company's number one focus and all employees actions are to reflect this priority
- Outgoing personality with a great positive attitude
- Self motivating, team player; Will have a lot of autonomy
- Meticulous and ability to multi-task
- 5+ years of experience
- computer skills
- knowledge of basic skin care classes are mandatory
- answering phones, scheduling, follow ups with patients
Required Training and Certifications
- Current Esthetics License
- Custom Chemical peels (current line is PCA skincare and IS Clinical)
- Microneedling certified
- Dermaplaning
- Hydrafacial
- Comfortable conducting consultation and customizing treatment plans
