How You Will Make An Impact
- Serve as the key contributor and architect for building a scalable and secure PAM foundation
- Drive end-to-end integration and lifecycle management for PAM technologies like CyberArk, aligning with SDLC and compliance needs
- Collaborate across IT and security functions to enhance IAM frameworks and integrate PAM best practices into enterprise systems
- Lead incident resolution and platform health activities as the main escalation point
- Guide application teams in integrating their systems with PAM solutions and provide lifecycle support
- Align PAM strategy with enterprise architecture standards and frameworks
- Conduct vendor and market research to stay ahead of trends in the PAM/IAM ecosystem
- Deliver performance and risk-based reporting for PAM program effectiveness and audits
Are You a PAM/IAM Technical Manager Rock Star?
Must-Have Experience & Skills:
- Proven expertise with Privileged Access Management platforms (CyberArk, Delinea, etc.)
- Proficient in Access Management tools (MS Entra, Okta, Ping MS Entra preferred)
- In-depth experience with Active Directory, Windows/Linux OS, and IAM integration patterns
- Familiar with security standards such as SAML, OAuth, LDAP, Kerberos, PKI, etc.
- Experience guiding SDLC integration efforts with PAM solutions
- Strong working knowledge of IAM lifecycle, role-based access control, multi-factor authentication, and federated identity systems
- Cloud environment familiarity (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform)
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities in enterprise settings
Nice to Have:
- Security certifications such as CISSP, CIGE, CIAM, CIMP, CAMS, CIPA
- Exposure to database architectures and their integration within IAM frameworks
- Knowledge of Agile workflows and CI/CD processes
