We are currently hiring an enthusiasticAssistant Managerto help lead our team at the Roswell Christmas Market! Successful candidates will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals, and manage staff effectively. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in retail management.
 
Where: 180 Bulloch Hall
 Roswell, GA 30075
 
Employment dates: November 5tH- December 27th
 
Hours: 30-40 per week
 
The Assistant Store Managers responsibilities include:

<li>Motivating and training staff</li>
<li>Assisting in scheduling and schedule issues</li>
<li>Manage replenishment and backstock</li>
<li>Effectively manage customer service issues</li>
<li>Create and uphold excellent visual displays and standards</li>
<li>Ability to work and stand in a busy retail environment for extended periods of time</li>
<li>Ability to lift 25lbs and team lift 50lbs</li>
