• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.

• Respond promptly to guest requests for maintenance services.

• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g., ventilation, plumbing).

• Conduct preventive maintenance on all hotel equipment, including boilers, air conditioning, and lighting systems.

• Maintain records of work completed and report any major issues to the Maintenance Manager.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the maintenance work areas.

• Monitor inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment.

• Assist with setup and breakdown of hotel events, furniture arrangements, and seasonal decorations.

• Be on-call for emergencies and assist during power outages, plumbing issues, etc.

• Collaborate with housekeeping, front desk, and other departments for timely issue resolution.
