Your day-to-day activities will include generating leads and following up with professionalism and consistency, attending regular training and coaching sessions that continuously sharpen your skills, setting appointments with buyers and sellers as your confidence and pipeline grow, nurturing client relationships through phone calls and email communication, managing your CRM accurately and keeping it current, and tracking your progress toward both your personal goals and the broader goals of the team around you every single day.

Compensation:
$125,400 - $187,500 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through the buying and selling process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Develop and maintain a robust client pipeline through proactive networking and relationship-building.

- Collaborate with experienced agents to learn best practices and refine your sales techniques.

- Leverage our technology tools to manage client information and streamline transactions efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Active or soon-to-be licensed real estate agent in California.
- Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring clients feel informed and supported throughout their real estate journey.
- Proven track record of being self-motivated and driven, with a desire to build a successful career in real estate.
