I4Dentallab is seeking a skilled General Dentist to join a busy, patient-focused practice in Springfield, IL. This full-time opportunity offers a supportive, collaborative environment with strong earning potential.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry services, including exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Perform restorative, endodontic, prosthodontic, and preventive care procedures
- Communicate treatment options and recommendations clearly to patients
- Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, and laboratory partners to ensure quality outcomes
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with professional standards
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program
- Experience: 2+ years of clinical experience as a General Dentist
- Active Illinois dental license required
- Strong clinical skills across a broad range of general dentistry procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer:
- Competitive compensation ranging from $200,000 to $300,000 annually
- Schedule: 4 days a week, 8:00am-5:00pm (specific schedule to be discussed with the partner)
- Providers: 2 providers
- Hygienists: 6 hygienists
