Job DescriptionDevelopment Coordinator
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Development Coordinator, with 3 years of experience in a similar role. This is a great Temp opportunity within the Non-profit industry, located in Manhattan, NY.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update donor database (e.g., Salesforce, DonorPerfect, Bloomerang) with accurate and timely information.
- Process donations and prepare acknowledgment letters and receipts.
- Assist in planning and executing fundraising campaigns, appeals, and special events.
- Support grant writing efforts by gathering data, preparing supporting documents, and tracking deadlines.
- Coordinate donor communications, including newsletters, impact reports, and social media content.
- Conduct donor research and help identify new funding opportunities.
- Track and report on fundraising metrics and campaign performance.
- Collaborate with program and finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and donor stewardship.
- Provide administrative support to the Development Director and fundraising team.
Qualifications:
- Proficient with CRM, Raisers Edge, or Salesforce
- High attention to detail, ability to multitask
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in similar Administrative role

Pay Details: $27.00 to $32.00 per hour
