Downtown Sarasota law firm seeks a friendly and organized full-time Legal Receptionist to manage our front desk. As the first impression of the firm, your role is to greet clients and other visitors to the office, answer and direct phone calls, conduct client intake, schedule client appointments, process daily mail, conduct inventory and manage all supplies, and take payments by phone. This position also manages client files, oversees scanning of records, and assists attorneys with other administrative duties.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming phone calls
- Intake potential new client information by telephone
- Greet clients and visitors to the office
- Take payments for legal services by telephone
- Schedule client appointments
- Manage and organize client files and records
- Responsible for office/kitchen supplies inventory
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of administrative support experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Legal office experience a plus
