Maintenance Technician
Full Time | Days | 8am - 4:30pm
** 1 week per month on call rotation **
Pay: Starting at $25/hour

Responsibilities of a Maintenance Technician:
- Perform routine facility maintenance (interior touch ups, painting, and completion of daily work orders as needed
- Minor electrical work (changing light bulbs/ballasts/running new outlets)
- Light carpentry
- Minor plumbing
- HVAC equipment maintenance (changing fan belts/motors/air filters)
- Seasonal grounds maintenance (shoveling/sanding)
Qualifications for a Maintenance Technician:
- High School Diploma required
- Experience and knowledge of boiler and generator operation preferred
- Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems preferred
