\nThis position is contingent upon contract award and position availability. Selected candidates will receive a contingent offer of employment, which will become final only upon successful contract award to Maximus, availability of the position, and receipt of authorization to proceed.\n
\nThis position is onsite five days a week in Fort Meade, MD, and requires a TS/SCI security clearance.\n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Maximus TCS (Technology and Consulting Services) Internal Job Profile Code: TCS087, T3, Band 6\n \n \n \n \n \n \nJob-Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities: \n
- Designs, implements, and maintains DevSecOps pipelines supporting cloud-hosted mission systems.
\n
- Automates build, test, release, and deployment activities across development and operational environments.
\n
- Maintains system reliability, scalability, performance, and availability.
\n
- Implements Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions for environment provisioning and configuration.
\n
- Supports software release management, version control, and change management activities.
\n
- Troubleshoots issues across development, test, and production environments.
\n
- Collaborates with developers, QA, cybersecurity, and operations teams to streamline delivery.
\n
- Ensures solutions comply with DoD cybersecurity, RMF, and secure configuration requirements.
\n
- Supports documentation, integration, testing, and accreditation activities.
\n
- Participates in Agile program increment (PI) planning and activities requiring periodic travels.
\n
\nMinimum Requirements:\n\n
- Active TS/SCI clearance required.
\n
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
\n
- Must be able to report on-site in Ft Meade, MD up to five days per week based on customer requirements.
\n\n
- 5 years of experience in DevOps, software development, or system administration.
\n\n
- 3 years managing cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
\n
- 3 years developing and automating CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
\n
- 3 years collaborating with development, QA, and operations teams.
\n
- 3 years implementing Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible).
\n
- 3 years troubleshooting development, test, and production environments.
\n
- Practical experience supporting release management and deployment processes.
\n
\n\nPreferred Skills and Qualifications:\n
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer certification.
\n
- Kubernetes Administrator certification.
\n
- Azure DevOps Engineer / Solution Expert certification.
\n
- Experience supporting DoD DevSecOps environments.
\n
- Experience supporting RMF accreditation and secure system deployments.
\n
