You will learn to source and evaluate properties using clear investment criteria, manage seller conversations with professionalism, and move opportunities from first contact through closing. The focus is on disciplined follow up, data based decision making, and execution. Coaching is centered on helping you build repeatable systems that support steady conversion and long term production.

Compensation:
$160,000+ at plan
Responsibilities:
- Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale
- Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction
- Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition
- Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed
- Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract
- Find acquisition properties
- Develop a builder, developer, and contractor network
- Investment property lead generation
- Investment property lead follow-up
- Listing appointments
- Investment property buyer and seller sales
Qualifications:
- Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
- Real estate license required to work with clients and earn commissions
