- Automotive Sales Managers have the ability to handle a “start-to-finish” sales process on a significant load of high-quality leads
- Automotive Sales Managers maintain superior customer satisfaction
- Hire, train, and cultivate sales staff
- Commit to becoming an expert and gain in-depth knowledge of our vehicles and technology
Job RequirementsAutomotive Sales Manager candidate must have proven experience in sales management, have strong Internet skills, and a strong desire to succeed.
- Previous experience as an automotive Sales Manager is required
- Exceptional leadership skills are a must
- Computer and Microsoft Office expertise is needed
- Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screen
