Job Description:

COMPUTER BASED KIOSK/FIELD TECHNICIAN BASED IN THE NORTHGLENN AREA TO COVER OUTLINING AREAS - MUST HAVE FIELD TECH EXPERIENCE.

This Position is 100% Field Tech Support, and you will be driving and working autonomously. *DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CANNOT COMMIT TO DRIVING* This is not a desk position.

We are looking for a technician to take care of a series of kiosks ranging from Ft. Collins to Denver. These Kiosks are windows based and have thermal printers in them and we will require the technician to carry different parts with them for repair work and basic service calls. You need to be a great communicator and we are also looking for someone who can handle driving a 26ft box truck with a liftgate from time to time to assist with installs (box truck experience not required for this position).

Technicians will provide service and maintenance to specialized Self Service Kiosks:

· Replace Consumables (aka Receipt paper, registration paper, ribbon)

· Troubleshoot and replace hardware if needed

· Troubleshoot network issues

· Cleaning and general upkeep of the machine

-Attention to detail is a must. Technicians will need to be able to follow written instructions in addition to documenting work performed in written notes.

-Solid communication skills required.

-MUST Pass State Background Check

-2+ years experience

-A+ certification a Plus, but not required

-Must have own dependable Vehicle with Insurance. Mileage reimbursable.

-Must have a dependable Smartphone with Internet access

-Experience with Windows 7, 10 and 11

-Must be able to lift 50 pounds

-Excellent customer Service Skills

-Must be able to work in the field autonomously

-Assorted Screwdrivers, simple ratchet set, drill with assorted bits including tile bit, pliers, crimpers

-Maintain Consumable/Hardware Inventory

-Need to be a US Citizen

-Need and to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement.

-Paid training will be provided

This is currently a Full Time Field Technician position and is 100% time spent in the field. Monday thru Friday, 8AM – 5PM, 40 hours a week.
