Job Description:

What You'll Do

  • Drive and execute on the Global Network Policy strategy and roadmap

  • Build and scale internal and customer facing processes and documentation for Global Payment Network Policy in one of the following core areas:

    • Policy Development

    • Architecture & Advisory, or

    • Network Policy Operations

  • Lead, inspire and develop a newly established organization responsible for defining and executing global Network Policy strategies and leveraging market insights to develop best in class solutions

  • Develop and implement capabilities on internal systems/platforms to enable policies on the global payments network.

  • Financial forecasting and budgeting for Network Policy departments and initiatives.

  • Create a culture of effective risk management, process excellence, accountability, and demonstration of risk awareness across the organization.

How You'll Do It

  • Establish, lead and develop one of the following core teams, including assessing new market trends and opportunities to define roadmap

    • Policy Development

    • Architecture & Advisory, or

    • Network Policy Operations

  • Anticipate and analyze industry changes and undertake competitive benchmarking to develop best in class Network policies and program documents necessary to successfully compete in the market.

  • Help translate business needs and policies into requirements and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across the enterprise including technology, operations, product development, compliance, legal, risk and marketing.

  • Negotiate and manage third party contracts tied to strategy and project delivery.

  • Attract, develop and retain a skilled and engaged team of professional advisors in an enterprise environment.


Qualifications You'll Need

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors Business Administration and Management

  • Bachelors Engineering

  • Bachelors Law

  • 10+ years Financial Services, Strategy, Legal, Operations, or related

  • 5+ years Payments Industry interaction


Preferred Requirements

  • Masters Law

  • J.D. Law

  • 5+ years Financial Services or Payments Industry Strategy, Legal, or Operations

  • 7+ years Payments Industry interaction

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $154,500.00 to $234,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
