Location: Arlington, VA (onsite with some flexibility)

Overview
Cornerstone is looking for a Senior Project Manager who will lead and oversee all aspects of the U.S. Marshals Service Office of Court Management (MSD, OCM) Design Review Services contract. This role requires senior-level leadership, technical oversight, and program direction to ensure high-quality delivery across a wide range of facility and design initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in facility assessments and strategic facility planning.
• Provide oversight of engineering/building systems reviews (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
• Direct development of space planning, layouts, and block/stack plans.
• Approve and manage performance specifications, cost estimates, and architectural design reviews.
• Oversee construction phase reviews, punch lists, and contractor performance.
• Lead the design and review of physical security systems, surveillance systems, and forced-entry/ballistic-resistant construction.
• Supervise hazardous material abatement design and existing condition documentation.
• Manage relocation planning, construction supervision, and installation oversight.
• Serve as the governments primary point of contact for all project phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Masters preferred).
• 10+ years of project/program management experience.
• Experience leading design reviews or federal facilities-related projects.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
