Real Estate Sales Manager – Real Estate Office (Palm Beach County, FL) $80-$120K plus bonus

Known for our integrity, professionalism, and success in luxury and residential real estate, we’re seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead our team, recruit top talent, and help expand our reach across South Florida.
About the Role: This position is ideal for a high-energy, relationship-oriented leader who understands that recruiting, coaching, and retention are the foundation of a thriving real estate office. The Sales Manager will also focus on increasing our company’s capture rate with affiliated services, including title, mortgage, and insurance, by strengthening internal partnerships and driving agent engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
· Recruit, mentor, and retain productive real estate agents
· Drive sales performance through strategic planning and coaching
· Promote use of affiliated services to increase capture rate and revenue
· Monitor performance and provide consistent feedback and accountability
· Foster a collaborative, professional, and success-driven office culture
Requirements:
· 3–5 years of real estate sales or real estate management experience
· Proven success in agent recruiting and business growth
· Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
· Active Florida real estate broker license required
· Knowledge of Palm Beach County market preferred
