Job Title: QA Inspector III
Job Description
As a QA Inspector I, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for conducting room and equipment cleaning checks, documenting cleaning activities, and verifying materials. You will also monitor and maintain the reject cage, perform daily balance verifications, and ensure temperature and humidity levels are within specified standards. This position requires strict adherence to company policies, safety requirements, cGMP, and SOPs.
Responsibilities
- Perform room and equipment cleaning checks prior to any activities.
- Conduct daily rounds of the warehouse to ensure compliance.
- Document cleaning activities in logbooks and checklists.
- Physically release materials after receiving and reviewing release reports from QA.
- Verify materials against incoming and release documents and material labels.
- Monitor and maintain the reject cage.
- Perform daily verification of balances.
- Monitor temperature and humidity as per SOP.
- Maintain and file documents.
- Adhere to company policies, safety requirements, cGMP, and SOPs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 3 - 10 years of experience in QA line inspecting for pharmaceuticals.
- Familiarity with GMP standards and regulations.
- High School diploma.
- Proficiency in reading and writing English.
Work Environment
This role is set within a manufacturing environment for a pharmaceutical company. The inspector will oversee 1-3 production lines at a time. The position offers holiday pay and one week of vacation. Overtime is available based on manufacturing needs. Salary is determined by experience and interview performance.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $62400.00/yr.
