M&M BBQ Company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Parts Lead to manage inventory, oversee parts ordering, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of our parts department. This role is critical to keeping our production and service teams running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Order parts and materials as needed to support operations
- Track incoming and outgoing parts
- Work closely with production and service teams to anticipate needs
- Maintain organized storage and labeling systems
- Ensure timely receiving and stocking of materials
Qualifications
- Previous experience in inventory management or parts handling required
- Background in metal ordering or metal supply is a strong plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (inventory systems, spreadsheets, etc.)
- Dependable and consistent attendance is a must

Compensation
- Pay based on experience
- Full-time, stable schedule (Monday–Friday)
