We’re looking for a Project Engineering Manager (Transmission Line) who’s both a doer and a leader—someone ready to guide teams on 69kV and above transmission projects while still staying hands-on with PLS-CADD modeling.

What You’ll Do

Oversee design, procurement, and construction support for transmission and substation projects
-
Manage project scope, budget, and schedules for EPC and service-based work
-
Respond to RFPs and develop detailed engineering proposals

Mentor and train engineers, especially in PLS-CADD and structural design principles

Act as the bridge between junior engineers and project leads as a Subject Matter Expert
What You’ll Bring
-
8–10+ years of experience in structural (civil) engineering—about 90% of your work

Strong consulting background in EPC or services projects

Expert-level PLS-CADD skills (8/10 or higher)—must be comfortable modeling
-
Experience with 69kV and higher transmission line design
-
PE license preferred (not required)
