Position Overview
My client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal to support their law firm. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and meetings, as well as conducting legal research and managing case files. This role is essential in ensuring that their legal processes run smoothly and efficiently. Exceptional benefits including full paid health/401k plan are offered as well.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents and filings
  • Conduct legal research to support case preparation
  • Manage and organize case files and documentation
  • Prepare for trials, hearings, and client meetings
  • Communicate with clients and witnesses as needed
  • Assist in the preparation of discovery materials
  • Maintain and update legal databases and software
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal legal procedures

Qualifications

  • Certification from a recognized paralegal program is preferred
  • Personal injury experience at a plaintiff law firm is preferred
  • Experience in personal injury law is a plus
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in legal software such as PC Law or Needles
  • Strong knowledge of legal documentation and legal research techniques
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
