If you’re an experienced welder who thrives on custom work, we’d like to meet you. We’re hiring in Merrill, WI for full-time roles on 1st and 2nd shift—with a 4-day workweek, strong pay, and year-round stability.

• Do you read blueprints and fabrication drawings with confidence?
• Can you lay out, fit, and assemble parts accurately the first time?
• Are MIG and flux-core your go-to processes for clean, strong welds?
• Do you spot weld defects quickly and correct them without drama?
• Are you the teammate others count on for safety, quality, and pace?

What You’ll Work On

• Custom fabrication projects—no two builds exactly the same
• End-to-end tasks: layout, fit-up, assembly, welding, and inspection
• Collaborative shop environment focused on hitting schedule and spec

Why You’ll Like It Here

• 4-day workweek: Monday–Thursday, 10-hour shifts
• Pay: $23–$28/hour, based on experience
• 2nd shift premium: +$1.60/hour
• Production incentives: $2.00 Friday premium pay after 40 hours and double time after 50 hours
