Operation Manager
Position Summary: We are seeking a mission-driven professional with proven success at multi-star headquarters to own the end-to-end customer relationship for our software, from O-4/O-5 planners up to Generals and Admirals. You will serve as the front-line champion of customer success, ensuring our platform is adopted, embedded into daily operations, and delivering measurable mission outcomes. You will have a strong executive presence with desire and ability to get to work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build trusted relationships across the chain of command, from field-grade officers to flag-level leadership.
- Support and lead major planning exercises; ensure flawless delivery and integration.
- Train, mentor, and influence users; employ both direct instruction and subtle engagement strategies.
- Capture user feedback and coordinate closely with product engineering for rapid improvements.
- Provide responsive on-site and remote support, including incident coordination.
- Secure annual renewals and drive account expansion with measurable growth each year.
- Navigate complex bureaucratic and classified environments to remove roadblocks and enable adoption.
- Represent the company brand with credibility, integrity, and intensity of mission.
Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI
- Operational planning experience at major U.S. military headquarters, former Cyber officers (O-3+) and non-commissioned officers with planning experience highly desired.
- Excellent communication, executive presence, and credibility with both O-4/O-5 planners and flag officers.
- Strong technical aptitude: ability to become a power user and communicate effectively with engineers.
- History of solving bureaucratic challenges and delivering results in complex environments.

Location & Compensation:
- Fort Meade-Maryland and Fort Gordon-Augusta, GA
- Pay: $165,000 - $175,000
- Bonus + Equity Included
